Poetry with Rob Etty & Friends
Thursday 19th June, 7pm
at The Rabbit Hole, Brigg
Rob Etty’s poems began to appear in literary publications in the 1980s. His first collection was published in 1989, and his most recent book is Beyond the Last House, which is his sixth with Shoestring Press of Nottingham.
His poetry focuses on the people, animals, and landscapes of Lincolnshire, his home county, but occasionally a poem will stray as far as New Zealand, or into the unreliable depths of memory.
He has read from his work at venues including the Floral Hall at People’s Park (Grimsby), the Aldeburgh Poetry Festival, the Troubadour Coffee House (London), the Buttercross (Brigg), Five Leaves Bookshop (Nottingham), and the Lincoln Castle (a former Humber ferry).

Tickets are available to book on a Pay What You'd Like basis and should be reserved in advance either from The Rabbit Hole or via the link below. Donations will go towards covering the cost of refreshments and venue for the evening.
