The Rabbit Hole went on tour to the capital last week, following an invitation to take part in a panel event at London Book Fair.
Mel and Nick took part in the event, 'Community Engagement in a Wider Setting' alongside fellow booksellers, Sarah Dennis of Mostly Books and Meera Ghanshamdas of Round Table Books.
Chaired by the Jhalek Prize's Jamilah Ahmed, the three bookshops shared ideas of successful engagement within and beyond the local community; physically, emotionally and culturally. It was a brilliant opportunity for us to fly the flag for No Limits Festival and all it has achieved in its first two years, alongside the work we do in the bookshop day to day with other businesses, schools and community groups.
It was a true privilege to be invited, although our feet are now firmly planted back in Brigg and it's business as usual!
